Our trainers have many years of experience within the health and fitness industry and an extensive background in strength and conditioning as well as exercise physiology.

Our lead trainer, Tom Smith, has more than 20 years of experience across a range of disciplines including body-building, weightlifting and nutrition. He is also certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and holds certifications in personal training and group fitness instruction from both ACE and The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Also part of our team is Emma Jones, who has worked within the sports arena for over 15 years. She has a specific interest in rehabilitative exercise for injury management in advanced sports conditioning. Emma is certified by ACE, NASM and The National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Rounding out the team is Michael Johnson, with 10 years as a certified Trainer specialising in bodybuilding, power lifting and Olympic weight lifting. He also holds qualifications in resistance training theory and exercise psychology through ACE.

All three members of our team are committed to providing our clients with their most personalised workout programmes to meet their individual needs and goals. Combining knowledge with technical skill, they bring innovation to all aspects of their training sessions to ensure that each client gets tailored advice drawing on both science-based data as well as sport-specific techniques based on proven sport research methodologies.
