Our next in-person event is ‘Full-Body Saturday Morning Bootcamp’ on April 17th from 9am-11am. This two hour class will cover a full-body circuit focused on strengthening the core, arms, and legs with various exercises that can be modified for all levels of fitness. For those looking for something more affordable or that don’t feel comfortable attending an in-person class yet, we are offering virtual yoga classes every Tuesday. These classes are designed for all skill levels from beginner to advanced, allowing you to move at your own pace within the comfort of your own home. All classes last 45 minutes and taught by certified instructors with years of experience teaching yoga.
