A: Each session typically lasts 60 minutes. During this session our certified trainers will guide you through your routine and help you build muscle, lose fat or simply just maintain physical health according to your individual goals.

Q: Do I need any equipment for the sessions?
A: Generally speaking, no equipment is necessary for Bam Personal Training sessions as many exercises can be done with bodyweight alone or with minimal changes in environment/space. However some specialized movements may require additional equipment such as free weights or weighted vests depending on the particular exercise being performed. The trainers will advise you if any additional pieces of equipment are required and they can provide these upon request at additional cost.
