At Ab Personal Training, we are proud to have some of the most experienced and knowledgeable fitness trainers available in the industry. All of our trainers must pass a vigorous certification process and maintain at least 5 years of experience in health and fitness before they can become part of our team.
Each one of our trainers have enough education or a bachelor’s degree in the field. They also hold certifications such as Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through The National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), Group Exercise Instructor Certification (GEI) from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). With these credentials, our customers can rest assured that all instruction is being lead by certified professionals who are committed to helping them reach their goals in health and fitness safely.
In addition to their educational background, all of us at Ab Personal Training highly emphasize having quality individuals on staff who inspire others to achieve success through positive reinforcement and tailored approaches.
