Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment with your personal trainer. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If you do not provide us with proper notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

If you are a monthly member, you are allowed two cancellations without a fee. If you cancel more than two times in a month, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
