I’m sure you have heard of leg lifts before if you have ever frequented the gym. Leg lifts basically isolate and work out the hamstrings. You can do them with either a barbell or a dumbbell. The great thing about leg lifts is that you can do them at any level and range of motion. You can start out doing just a few repetitions at a low intensity and slowly work your way up to more repetitions with more intensity.

Another great leg exercise you can do at home is squatting. The great thing about doing squats is that you can work your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and glutes at the same time. I highly recommend doing squats until you feel like you’re about to pass out. If you aren’t careful, you can really injure your knees and ankles when doing heavy squats. Make sure you get enough support when doing heavy squats or you could end up with a serious injury.

For those of you who haven’t visited the gym recently there are some newer leg workouts you can try. The traditional deadlift is one exercise that you can do at home with weights. Most people don’t like deadlifts because it is such a hard exercise for your lower back. There are however many new exercises you can do that will help you strengthen your quads without putting as much stress on your back. It is important to always keep your back properly aligned during any type of workout to avoid injury.

I recommend doing either cardio workouts or an extra weight bench press to build muscle. These two exercises are great for burning fat and building muscle. You can also combine cardio workouts with jumping jacks since jumping jacks are also a great way to burn calories. Jumping jacks typically burn about 90 calories depending on how many sets you do and how much weight you lift.

Last but not least, one exercise you can do to help burn calories is squat jumps. This is a combination of a cardio workout and an ab workout. In order to do squat jumps, you’ll need to first have a dumbbell in front of you. Next, squat down with the dumbbells under your chest and bend your knees slightly.

Next, jump rope. Jumping rope is a great cardio workout and it works out your butt as well as your thighs. The great thing about doing jumping rope is that you can do it from the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is go outside, put your running shoes on and hop on the trampoline. This is an excellent workout to do at home because it doesn’t require a lot of equipment and it is low cost.

As you can see, these are some of the best cardio workouts to do at home. These workouts work out every part of your body and you can do them any time that you want. These cardio workouts to do at home are the best way to lose fat, build muscle and get six pack abs.
